Meridian Business Hub began as a feasibility study on an underused plot in Wuse and grew into one of the district's most sought-after commercial addresses. West Homes managed the project from land acquisition through design, construction, and leasing.
The building was fully pre-let ahead of handover, a result of early engagement with prospective tenants during the design phase and a construction timeline that held despite the scale of the build.
